Designed and manufactured by Premier Door Systems, the PremCHILL, RAPID AUTO ROLL DOOR is specifically designed to reduce temperature loss from coolrooms and controlled environments. The curtain configuration includes Polyester reinforced PVC with a foam layer insulation for increased protection from temperature loss, condensation and thermal conductivity. This foam layer can also assist in reducing noise transfer in sensitive areas. Aluminium reinforcing bars provide strong wind resistance and the door can also come with one full-width clear vision panel for safe two-way vision. Featuring opening speeds of up to 1.5m/sec, the PremCHILL is operated by Premier Door Systems own Control System, with a LCD display screen. This controller will accept a large variety of door activation options such as floor induction loops, remote controls and motion sensors.
